Employment Eligibility Verification

E-Verify and Right to Work

DarkStar Intelligence LLC participates in E-Verify. After accepting an offer of employment and completing Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, newly hired employees’ information will be submitted to E-Verify to confirm their authorization to work in the United States.

DarkStar Intelligence uses E-Verify in a manner consistent with federal law and does not use the system to pre-screen applicants. Employees have the right to work regardless of citizenship or immigration status, provided they are legally authorized to work in the United States.

Certain DarkStar positions may require U.S. citizenship or an active security clearance when required by a federal contract, government customer, or applicable law.
